Recently, plastic products are more and more in our life. Some plastic is toxic while others is eco-friendly. As we know, TPU is one of eco-friendly plastic and which in different degrees has different property. Generally, raw TPU should be dry for two to three hours before processing. Why? Raw TPU will be a little bit wet after long placing. If it is not dried, the wet raw TPU will have bad impact on the next process. The most obvious effect is which on final products. For example, it can result into the bubble or some lines on elastic TPU tape . In addition, the property of TPU will decline to only 70%. But after drying raw TPU, the products will be soft and smooth. Its property can also hold up as 100%. Generally, raw TPU is supposed to dry in temperature of 95℃ to 100%℃ for two hours.
